Handcrafted & Local
We make dough from scratch every week using minimal ingredients and a long cold fermentation process. We try to source as many of our ingredients locally & roast everything in our brick wood fired oven. Making pizzas at Jomas Hill is a labor of love as is the grape growing and wine making!
